Job Description:
Customer care Voice senior representative working in our Call Centre to carry out the crucial function of verifying eligibility/benefits and also verifying/notifying au of our Clients. Several thousand direct B2B calls are made to US Health Insurance companies each night to update and resolve the status of outstanding claims on the Client Software. Clients based in the US work closely with our teams, to be able to expedite timely recover of Health care expenses met by Doctors and Hospitals Placing calls to the insurance companies to verify patient's health insurance eligibility/benefits and verification/notification of authorizationDocument the outcome of the call and analysis as per the requirement being trained on.Taking action based on the call outcome/analysis as per instructions provide
Role Responsibilities
Placing calls to the insurance companies to verify patient's health insurance eligibility/benefits and verification/notification of authorizationDocument the outcome of the call and analysis as per the requirement being trained on.Taking action based on the call outcome/analysis as per instructions providedAdhering and achieving to ramp up targets.Regular Attendance.Work closely with the team leads and quality resources to deliver SLA.Apply the training knowledge to the day to day work
Job Requirements
Should be open to work in night shifts in a 24x7 environmentShould have excellent communication skills in English.Graduate with 0 to 18 Months of work experience.
Education Qualification:
B.E EEE/ECE/E&I/Mech/Aero/Civil with CGPA 7.0 or less than that is eligible.
